Custom Air-Core Induction Coils

Air-core induction copper coil wound to your drawing or sample. Suitable where a coil needs to fit a defined space or hit a target inductance value.

Typical specification range (confirmed per project): wire diameter approx. 0.05–2.0 mm, inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness, turns, and target inductance or resistance.

Material: copper self-adhesive enameled wire.

Packing

Standard options: plastic tray + carton, foam + carton, or OPP bag + box. Custom packing is available where the project requires it — confirmed in the quotation.

Notes

Dimensions are confirmed against the approved drawing before production. Colour and surface appearance may differ slightly from photographs.

Q: What materials can be used?
A: Copper wire is the base material. Other parts depend on your design — ferrite sheet, ferrite rod, iron core, connector wire and similar — and are confirmed per project.

Q: What is the lead time for a sample?
A: Confirmed per project after the specification is fixed. It depends on the winding, tooling and material availability.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Confirmed in the quotation and the order. T/T is the usual method.
